Residex Adds Senior-Living Dashboards at No Extra Charge for License Holders

The Greenwood Village company says licensed users can inspect assessment gaps, occupancy and revenue per occupied bed inside their existing application.

Greenwood Village-based Residex says it launched Insights on September 30, 2026, adding analytics dashboards for existing and new customers. The company says version 1.0 comes with every Residex license at no additional cost. For Colorado senior-living teams already using the software, the change adds an in-app view of care-record and operating measures without a separate Insights charge. A Residex license is still required.

Care records and occupancy in one view

According to Residex, the dashboards show assessment completion and documentation gaps. They also include census by care level, occupancy, revenue per occupied bed, move-in and move-out trends, and a community financial view. Clinical leaders can use the assessment views to identify records for closer review, while administrators can examine occupancy and financial measures.

Residex says Insights draws on assessments, clinical records, census and billing information already in its platform. The company describes drill-downs by unit, resident, caregiver or date range, allowing users to move from a summary to more specific entries within the application.

Where licensed users find it

Residex says Insights is enabled by default and that active users should see an Insights item in their existing application menu. The dashboards require no separate login or data export, according to the company. That menu is the starting point for a Colorado facility using Residex that wants to review the new views.
