AT&T Internet Air’s $5 Monthly Increase Starts for Pre-October 2025 Plans

AT&T’s price-change notice says a $5 monthly increase for Internet Air plans activated before October 2025 takes effect September 28, 2026. For an affected Colorado subscriber, that would add $60 over 12 months if the higher charge applies throughout. The activation date is the dividing line; the notice does not describe a $5 increase for every Internet Air plan.

AT&T markets Internet Air in Pagosa Springs and directs customers to check availability by address. Living in a town where the service is advertised does not, by itself, establish that a household has an affected plan.

AT&T says customers can find a monthly-rate-change notice in the billing center’s “News you can use” section or on a bill dated August 16 through September 27, 2026. The support notice was last updated August 27; September 28 is the increase’s effective date, rather than the date it was announced.

AT&T’s Internet Air offer page lists service starting at $55 per month with AutoPay and paperless billing, plus taxes and fees, where available. That advertised starting price is not a confirmed new total for an existing subscriber. AT&T says customers who do not receive the AutoPay and paperless discount can check whether they qualify. To assess the increase, use the account-specific notice and bill rather than the advertised starting price.
